Children can visit a concert for free

The organizers of concerts „Star Concert” supports Latvian charitable campaign “Butterfly effect” and gives opportunity for children from children's homes without any payment visit children's musical performance «Ilja Muromets and the Nightingale-robber in depths of Caribbean sea», which will be shown on October 25th this year, in Palace of Culture VEF.

In September representatives of administration of children's homes can tender to get free tickets for pupils. Information about tender beginning will be published separately.

Palchevsky as one of the purposes of Latvia name the help to inmates of children’s homes.

This year, on 4th may, in Riga, Vermont park, in honor of a day of declaration of independence of the Latvian a concert «More close to the sun, More close to love» has passed. During this event the action of the Latvian TV «Purpose of Latvia» has been launched. To participate in it and to tell about the purposes of the charitable campaign «Butterfly Effect» illusionists Elena and Gennady Palchevskie have been invited.
During the «Purpose of Latvia» action any citizen can send the vision of what should be the purposes and values of Latvian country. The action will last till November, 18th of this year. In its conclusion all results of surveys and citizen opinions will be put in DVD format and presented to the president of the country, members of the ministry cabinet, the Seim.

Concerts in children’s house are covered internationally

Magicians Elena and Gennady Palchevsky accompanied by photographerMaris Kilevs continue their tour to Latvian Child houses within the framework of charity campaign “Butterfly effect”. It’s significant that international photo journalists are covering the campaign.

Three more concerts were held by Elena and Gennady Palchevsky in different children’s houses: Religious organization “Salvation Army” L.Gorksa children and youth house, in Riga’s self-government children’s house “Vita” and in Children social care center “Teika”. International photo journalists Delmi Alvarez and Thorsten Pohlmann, who cover the campaign outside Latvia, visited children’s houses together with it main organizers.

Following concerts are expected to be at the beginning of May.

LIPC is supporting campaign “Butterfly Effect”

LIPC (Latvian Internet Researches Center) have joined the charitable Latvian campaign “Butterfly Effect”, helping to achieve its goals with the opportunities offered by Internet communications.

LIPC wants to help the orphanage children to find their place in society when they grow up, therefore we are organizing "Experience Days". LIPC is going to search through the Internet for people with interesting hobbies and professions, who are ready to share their experience with orphanage children. Most active members will be awarded with diplomas!

Delivery of gifts to children's homes will be provided free of charge

Every interested party willing to help children within the «Butterfly Effect» campaign can send a gift to kids. All parcels sent within the campaign will be delivered by DPD express mail to any children homes across Latvia for free. All a person or an organization wishing to help have to do is contact DPD servicing department at 67387284 and send for a courier. It’s essential to mention that the parcel is the donation within the «Butterfly Effect» campaign and it will be shipped absolutely free of charge.

The magicians Palchevsky conducted easter concerts in child's houses

On Aprill 11th and 12th magicians Elena and Gennady Palchevsky conducted the first 6 concerts within the framework of charity campaign “Butterfly Effect” in child's houses of Latvia.
